Very good
Liked: The location was wonderful. The unit i stayed in was clean, however it was privately owned and the TV in the living room didn't work. Several calls were made and nothing was done during my week long stay to correct the problem. The hot tub was nice but I wish the jets were working. What is the point of a hot tub without the jets and bubbles?!?

Our stay was spent taking...
Liked: The location was the only decent thing about the Atlantica.
Disliked: The communication was terrible. We arrived at the tower with the front desk. The clerk told us where the ramp was to unload. I asked about a parking tag which the clerk said would be in our room (it was not! Had to walk back across the vacant lot to get a tag from the same clerk that said it would be in the room). We go up to the sixth floor because we were unit 602. There was no 602 there. Went and asked the clerk he said “Oh when you order on bookings they should have said north or south tower.” So we had to walk across a vacant lot to another tower with our kids to another building that had no clerk and a door code was needed to get in the building. Never got from the staff, was told everything should have been provided in the information that was sent via bookings. Another guest provided the entry code to the actual building. The unit was very outdated. Broken and/ or dirty furniture, walls, utilities. Only had cable in one room. No soap in one bathroom. The closet in the king size bedroom didn’t even open. I tried multiple times and thought it was going to break so decided to leave it alone. The room was to accommodate our family of five. It did not. Didn’t even have enough bowls, coffee cups, etc. to accommodate it. Plenty of silverware but only 2 to 4 of anything else. I tried calling guest services multiple times on the phone in the room and it never worked. When I called on my cellphone and finally got someone the first clerk gave me multiple answers and seemed confused. When I spoke to his supervisor he was very rude and not helpful at all! Just kept repeating himself and blaming everything on bookings and how they sent a link explaining everything that they DIDNT provide. A link which is sent after your cancellation without penalty date, with a link that you click that contradicts everything that is listed when you actually book your stay. We packed our things and left the very next day!
