For the price it was great. The view was awesome and so was the TV. They could use a place to hang clothes and a phone or alarm clock. Parking is primo. We only stayed one night but if staying longer a bigger space would be helpful for four people. We enjoyed the staff.

Liked: Brand new and beautiful furniture and fixtures; clean.
Disliked: Small bathroom.

Disliked: The size of the room was smaller than expected and the bed and sheets were very uncomfortable.

Liked: Liked the convenience of the location of the hotel being right on Hampton beach. Stayed at the hotel for a road race and it was very convenient being so close to everything I needed for that.
Disliked: Hotel parking was not right with the hotel so that was very inconvenient, but luckily we were only staying for one night so it was easy enough to bring our bags in. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room and the room was divided and only one of the beds was in view of the tv. Bathroom was tiny shaped, and the shower was small so I doubt a bigger person would have comfortably been able to fit. Was grateful to have a hotel near what I needed but the price was astronomical for the quality especially considering it was in the off season.
