Disliked: There was debris all over the entrance to the property, the grounds are not maintained at all, the windows were filthy! When we entered the property it smelled like cigarettes we had to open the windows straight away, the carpets and furniture are stained and the whole place is very dated, with the amount they charge you they should be paying to upgrade the place! The beds and pillows were the worst I have ever slept on, there’s was a leak from the bathroom going into the living room which then created a hole in the ceiling, the place was absolutely stifling and doesn’t supply you with a fan like most places do especially during a heatwave. I tried to hoover and it made the place smell like wet dog, the parking is an absolute free for all we had to park at the over flow car park at the top of the complex no where near our accommodation people were parking up on the grass right outside of our accommodation , the grounds of the whole place are definitely not maintained the outdoor pool was dirty and full of dead bugs floating around, the loungers were filthy in need of a good power wash, the place is not looked after at all the only good thing was the slip and slide and that cost us nearly £70 for a family of 3! We ended up leaving a day early due to the beds and cleanliness of the place and we didn’t even receive an apology from the staff regarding the state of the place, Cornwall is a beautiful place but Atlantic reach is not

Disliked: No working hob, A lovely lady who worked their doing gardening helped us saying she would let someone know then a little later 1 man from I believe from maintenance came and told us the oven needed replacing and would report to maintenance team, we also couldn’t have a bath due to hot water lasting no longer than a minute, also bath water leaked through to the hallway! We tried to report the issue straight away but the reception phone wasn’t answered once the whole stay!, every time we had an issue my partner had to walk to reception to be told they would contact maintenance who never came until the day before we left whilst we was out! and everything was still not working! We tried to book swimming ourselves and twin children online through our leisure pass which wasn’t working my partner again went to reception to be told they couldn’t help because it has to be done online! And lastly being told about a lovely pub that was closed the whole time we was there! As much as it was a beautiful area unfortunately for us it was wasted money not being able to enjoy our stay and staff came across like they didn’t care nor were interested to help with any issues! Apart from the lovely gardener!

LOVED IT.

Liked: It was awesome stay.We stayed in 4 bed cottage.we were super impressed by the facilities they provided in 4 bed like tv ,wifi, Netflix ,prime video. Iron, all cooking tools, cutlery ,all crockery.four nice rooms with linen and cleaned properly.And indoor pool, sauna bath, gym ,baby soft play these things were cherry on the top.We felt like staying in our home with our comfort.Loved it.Excellant.will book again next time.

Dissapointing stay and lacking facilities...

Disliked: Lack of FacilitiesRun down No internet in the accommodation Dvd couldn’t connect to tv as both had different connections. Sofa covers dirtyFelt like we were in a gold fish bowl Pool outside dirtyOvergrown weeds and nettles everywhereRubbish around the communal areas and carpark. A dead bird with no head was in the car park for days along with cans of cider and red bull and other rubbish.

Disliked: the service, wifi connection and the beds were really creaky and a little uncomfortable
