We paid for two nights...

Disliked: We had been going to Atlantic Oceanside for years. They were very dog friendly. The new company now charges $12 for parking and $35 per night for dogs. That is $47 per night for what was included in the past. We stayed home instead of paying those fees.

Exceptional

Off season rates are great....

Liked: Great location, bathrooms could use updating, rooms are small, beds are too soft.
Disliked: OMG!!!! $12.00 a day for parking in the off season is ridiculous! Save your money and find a free spot next to the hotel.

Very good

Liked: The property was older but it was very clean and comfortable. We could hear lots of talking and yelling out front of our room but it was St Patricks Day weekend. It was central to the places we walked to in Dewey.
Disliked: Room key stopped working before our check out time on Sunday but the corrected the issue right away. But it was their first weekend open for the season.
