Atlantic Inn

I would not give this hotel 1 star. We had two rooms, we checked in and one of our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and asked if we could get another room - the manager was very rude and said no, they were completely booked. We then left for the evening. We got back around 11:00 pm from a concert and we could not find a parking space at the hotel (2 rooms means we should have had 2 spaces to park and we had 1 car and no spaces). Office was locked up so I called the number repeatedly and no one answered so we had to park down the street and pay $30 to park overnight. On top of the no parking, when we went back in our rooms to take showers for the night we found hair on one of our towels; the floor was super sandy; TV did not work at all; the refrigerator was not working; tub handle fell off as we turned it on - after getting the handle back on we could not get any hot water. Went to our daughter's room to shower and they had no hot water. Their TV was not working either. None of us could get the WiFi to work. The beds were extremely hard, the stairwell smelled like urine and the pool water was green. I have stayed at many Wyndham locations and never ever have I experienced such disgust. I would not recommend a dog to stay in this hotel much less a human. Definitely was not worth what we paid to stay. So disappointed!

Disliked: WORST WIFI EVER for the oceanfront, the rudest people I've ever met, blood and pee stained bedding, dirty and sandy floor. We were handed 2 towels and 1 roll of TP for a 1 week stay and if we asked to exchange towels we were told to go to the attached "laundry room" that barely works and to go get our own TP.

Disliked: When we got to the room, we discovered that one of the beds had pee on the sheets and mattress protector, everything was pee and the whole room smelled of pee. When we went to complain at the front desk, the representative offered us to either leave in the middle of the night or bring us new sheets. He didn't even offer to change them, and we had to change them ourselves. The mattress was still soaked in pee and the room smelled like pee.
