Liked: Location was walking distance to the river and the square. Comfortable room and great shower pressure
Disliked: Tram lines right at front of building so noise was a slight issue, however I am a very light sleeper

Liked: Location was great, the room was specious and very clean. Lovely breakfast, quite tasty with plenty of choice.
Disliked: We arrived quite late, we're really tired and gad a big carry on about payment as the hotel expected us to pay in their money without preparing to exchange it. The guy was really not helpful all the way through, did not offer us the option to pay in the morning when they are able to exchange money. Nothing in the information sheet was telling us that they do not exchange money after 6 pm. It was an awful experience. I would only recommend this hotel if you arrive during the day time when they actually function. There was no remorse shown either in the form of offering teas and coffees in the room for free ( you have to pay for it ) as we lost money on pounds exchange through the card payment. The management should look into this issue.

Overpriced but good location

Liked: The location is great. About a 10 minute walk to the old town square. The staff are also good.
Disliked: Breakfast is hit or miss. Wifi is unreliable.Our biggest issue was we came back one evening after being out all day and there was a smell of sewage coming from our bathroom. The staff didn't do anything about it that night so we had to wait until the morning. They did move us to a different room in the morning.

Disliked: Noisy, old equipment, no fridge in the room, uncomfy beds.
