Liked: The hotel is at a very good location, near the city centre. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety. The staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Liked: Parking place was safe.and the location of the hotel was really good, walking distance to the main attractions. Shopping mall just behind the corner.

Extremely disappointing and unworthy of...

Liked: The location was central and the hotel had potential to be comfortable if properly maintained.
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Dirty dishes were left in our room for three days. The room was cold and the heating didn’t work during our entire stay — when we asked about it, the staff laughed and said we didn’t need it. Towels were changed only once in 5 days and even then they were dirty. Blankets were never changed despite repeated requests. Trash was not emptied for two days. One receptionist refused simple requests, like bringing a fruit knife, and told us to get it ourselves the next day. This experience completely ruined our trip.

Liked: Perfect location. Room and breakfast were very good value for money.
Disliked: Room was not soundproof and we could easily hear neighbours. This didn't bother us but could be a problem for others.

Liked: Spacious and clean rooms.Great breakfast.
Disliked: The staff was not so friendly and they asked us to park on a “technical” parking space (in front of another car) although we paid in advance for a parking spot. Additionally, the asked us to give them the car key, as an insurance.
