Liked: When we first arrived we had issues with our initial room and they upgraded us to a one-room suite in no cost and waved our resort fees which was very nice so when we got back to our cruise we decided to stay at the Atlantic again for another 3 days and it was fantastic
Disliked: Not too much we didn't

Overall, a solid beach resort...

Liked: Great location, friendly service and well maintained.
Disliked: Not a big deal, but to achieve next level hotel status they need to pay attention to some of the details. For example, no paper towel holder in the kitchenette, having extra paper products for the bathroom and maid service that doesn’t skip over the room because at the time they were ready to clean the room, you are taking a shower. Another area that needs attention is the exercise facility. One of three treadmills was out of service, the second made a high pitched noise and the third’s controls were damaged so you could not easily regulate speed and height.

Liked: The location was great and the bar tender at the restaurant down stairs was great.
Disliked: Everything was ok, until housekeeping was very rude and argumentative with my wife. We notified a manger of the problem. They apologized, and stated they would comp our resort fees. When I checked out, they gave me the run around to contact booking.com for a refund on resort fees. I explained to them that booking.com pre charged me for resort fees, so they said I would have to contact booking and then they would sent booking the resort fees to credit to me, which made no sense if the resort fees I paid to booking goes to them. Frustrated!
