Met expectations

Liked: Scale of the place. Nice high ceilings and plenty of space in the bar, restaurant and public areas. Staff very friendly and obliging. On-site parking. Lovely view from our room. Dinner was delicious. No opportunity to sample breakfast as had an early flight to catch.
Disliked: Lift was out of order. Our room was on the top floor (3rd). Unfortunately, due to the scale of the hotel (appreciated initially), it translated into lugging bags up and down a LOT of stairs. Hotel needs a refresh…external paintwork and chandelier repairs at a minimum.

Liked: amazing location although the winds on the headland were crazy. although the outside of the hotel could do with some TLC, the inside was beautiful and got such a good deal on the room which was massive!
Disliked: lift still was not working with a sign saying a maintenance man was coming “today” everyday and reviews were saying the same thing month previous.

Liked: I loved its location and its interior design.
Disliked: The lift wasn’t working but I saw people fixing it, so hopefully it’ll be working now.

Perfect break in an amazing...

Liked: Everything was amazing from start to finish, facilities, staff, location and food were all excellent and I look forward to returning.
Disliked: Nothing, it was a perfect stay at a lovely place.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff but...

Liked: Breakfast excellent.
Disliked: There were just a few things that were a bit off. Restaurant menu wasn't great. We were the only people in the restaurant and we were left so long we left without a dessert.
