relaxing

Liked: Nice rooms Microwave and fridge were a plus
Disliked: Advertisement said restaurant and bar but it was not open. very disappointed in that as the price per night could have been lowered

Terrible!

Liked: No one in the office! HOTEL APPEARED TO BE CLOSED FOR THE WINTER AND THE FIRST ROOM NO HEAT. THE SWITCHED AND ROOM HAD HEAT. Never stay here again.
Disliked: The whole experience was terrible.

I wanted to like it,...

Liked: I really liked that the owner was very thoughtful about the remodel of the room. It is interestingly and tastefully done. It has a decidedly Asian flair and that's unusual to see in a motel. The owners were quite friendly (through text)- no face to face at all and I liked that the doors had key codes that you punch in. No card to lose!
Disliked: The tub is pitched a bit steeper than is comfortable to stand in. The shower curtain attacks you as you shower because it was installed too high, the climate control SUCKS! I stayed in the winter time and even though the heater was turned completely off at night it came on all by itself (I think to stave off freezing) but the room turned into a sauna- I do not think the unit has the ability to regulate temperature, so it was a constant up, down up, down up down in the middle of the night to unplug it (So I didn't end up in a puddle of sweat) and plug it in again (So I didn't freeze). Then the bed itself is so soft that my lower back spasmed and I couldn't stand up straight in the morning right away. SO painful. I wouldn't stay here again. I would definitely spend a little more for a much more regulated environment

Excellent and Well-Appointed Hotel Rooms...

Liked: Walking distance to everything; extremely clean and well-appointed. Kind staff and attentive owners.
Disliked: Nothing. This property is great.
