Liked: Excellent location able to walk to beach, restaurants, coffee shops, a great ice cream shop and Cumbie's! Beds are super comfortable, rooms well appointed, nice large bathrooms with abundant hot water! Loved the free coffee and the 2nd floor deck as well as the beautiful indoor pool.
Disliked: Pillows were lumpy and the bedside lighting very dim.

Disliked: It was dirty, rather outdated, no draw to the property, and just too pricey for no amenities

Great hotel with nice staff...

Liked: The room was moderately spaced. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The bathroom was well lit light I like it so that I can put on my makeup. The location of this hotel was perfect because it was near the beach and close to the downtown Newport area.
Disliked: Furniture in the room was a little dated but it didn't bother me because I wasn't there long enough to use the dresser drawers and the desk. If this was a work visit, the desk chair was very hard and uncomfortable. Luckily I didn't need to use it.

Liked: Excellent stay. The hotel is steps away from Easton beach and there are several good options within walking distance. Very convenient and very clean.
Disliked: The hotel was very clean, but sometimes it was hard to navigate the hallways and elevators because cleaning staff were everywhere. I would definitely take this over a dirty hotel
