It was a fun time...
Liked: The location and rooms were nice. The pool temperature was great and it was fun to be in a pool in April. We were close to the cliff walk and enjoyed it. The price was right.
Disliked: The pool tiles could be cleaner and there was lots of condensation on the pool room ceiling that would drip on us while relaxing.

Liked: The room was very comfortable with two full standard beds that were extremely comfortable and clean. We did not use the pool, but the kids who were in, seemed very happy. Everything was great. The distance from the mansions were about 6 to 7 minutes.
Disliked: The checking desk is at the lobby in the first floor, but the entrance is by the street level. The entrance doesn't looked pretty or welcoming. I think it will be good to have some plants and beautiful ornaments, to make guests feel that they are special.

Friendly staff, nice pool. But...
Liked: The pool is really nice
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room when I booked, but ended up in a room that is closest to the elevator. It's really hard to sleep at night. Every time the Elevator is used, there is noise. Also people went home late and was really loud. The ac/heater is really noisy, we could hardly sleep the first night.

Excellent and spacious suite
Liked: Even though it is in Middletown, it is minutes from downtown Newport. The suite is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is truly worth it. Microwave oven and refrigerator make it even better. The pool is in the Main Building which is not convenient for guests staying in Building #2. Food at Tickets Bar and Grille are delicious and reasonably priced. Parking is for one car only but free and convenient. Free coffee available all day. Very enjoyable. Would definitely visit again when the price is right.
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit dated but not a deal breaker. Smell of smoking in the main lobby in Building #2 which is unusual because the property is "no smoking".
