Liked: The shower was wonderful.
Disliked: Bed was very hard, one staff member made us feel like we were a bother just to walk in, the pool area was very unkept

Liked: I liked how friendly the staff was and the view from the balcony. The beds were comfy and the room was a nice size.
Disliked: I was a little upset with how dirty the balcony was. There were a lot of spider webs and rust stains. I also didn't like that the website says it is free parking but you have to pay $20 to get into the park. Thankfully we got a guest parking pass and that made it $20 for parking for the whole weekend but that fee was not advertised. I really wish the balcony was cleaner.

Liked: Comfortable beds and nice space for a family, great location for alot of activities in Stone Mnt Park.
Disliked: Front staff were slow, very apathetic towards guests, indoor pool was cloudy and needed care; outdoor/indoor hot tubs were broken, buffet breakfast was pricey and honestly just bad food (stale,cold, unflavored)

Disliked: They didn't provide any cleaning or turn down service during my stay. When I arrived at my room it had trash from the previous guest. And they never came to clean my room so the trash was never picked up. And because I used 3rd party booking site ( booking.com ) to book my stay they said they couldn't make any accommodations for any inconveniences I experienced.
