Very pleasant stay

Liked: Car parking good, comfortable room, quiet despite being on main road, decent breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff...

Liked: Every member of staff we spoke with were excellent, booking taxis for us, changing the bed for a cot, offering to find a fridge for the baby’s milk, booking breakfast for our large party at short notice.
Disliked: The bed throw was a bit tired and looked a bit grubby.

Good

Liked: Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Bar and restaurant areas very nice.
Disliked: Beds uncomfortable. Bedrooms dated and need upgrading.

Liked: The hotel was in a great location and perfect for our requirements.Very clean,comfortable,and tastefully furnished.The staff were exceptional,so friendly and helpful.Lovely relaxed atmosphere and delicious food.

Very good

Liked: Evening meal was very nice and breakfast was good also. Strong wifi throughout. Bed was very comfortable. Great value for money.
Disliked: Pillows were very thin but asked for more at reception which were brought to room very quickly.

Disliked: Breakfast was okay though my husband's haddock was excellent

Not to the usual high...

Liked: Excellent staff - very clean.
Disliked: Have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions but this stay was different, the room was noisy (could hear neighbours coughing and tv blaring) tap in bathroom sink faulty and shower was sporadically hot and cold. Breakfast was not up to usual standard - sausages were very over cooked. Disappointed to be honest as it used to be great.
