Liked: The hotel looks exceptional, like a small castle. Very welcoming and nice staff. The room is superb, large, and spacious with many facilities. We had two heaters in the room, but they didn't quite cope with the full size of the room, but even so it wasn't extremely cold. We stayed one night and the price is very good for what the accommodation offers. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Disliked: The petit de jun is acceptable, but I would have liked some vegetables considering that other nationalities visit, not just English. There were different options on the menu (it is not Swedish buffet), but all revolved around the traditional English petit de jun.

Liked: The staff were lovely. The hotel was really nice but the rooms are a bit dated and there was a bit of a smell from the bathroom but I would still recommend a stay there and will be back. My husband was in ARI for an operation so we did not get a chance to enjoy the hotel as we were mostly at the hospital but it was amazing value for money. The food was absolutely delicious… lovely to go to for food even if you aren’t staying there. I reiterate… the staff were lovely!!
Disliked: The stale water smells from the bathroom.
