Superb

Liked: The hotel is located in the center of Madrid. Rooms are very clean and modern. The staff is always avalaible to help you. If you ask them, they book for you trips, they suggest you what to do, they call the taxi for you for the airport. If in the future I'll go back to Madrid, for sure I am gonna come back here.
Disliked: The breakfast is good, but there are not so many options. But the schedule for breakfast is very good, from 8 30 tp 11 30, so you have all the time for waking up, and go to eat without rushing

Liked: it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: its not the hotels fault really but the road out side the hotel is loud, i had a room at the front of the hotel and the noise kept me up all night, in the two nights i stayed i only got around two hours sleep each night.

Disappointing

Liked: Central location, the room was good sized for a short stay
Disliked: Very poor noise isolation, a lot of noise from the street, impossible to sleep without ear plugs.Very outdated decor.Smell from the restaurant that is downstairs in the room. There is no plug in the bath, so you can use only a shower. Hair dryer heats up in a couple of minutes and switches off.No USB charger.Power socket only on one side of the bed.Not recommended.

Really horriblew experience and price...

Liked: Actually, only positive point, was receptionist at check in process, but completely opposite experience I had with another lady at reception.
Disliked: Soundproof in the room was absolutely equal to 0.00 “”horrible noise”, namely I was not able to sleep at all, since you can literally hear everything like that you are on the street and there is also police station, where they had interventions whole night. Bad was to short and really uncomfortable, and also air condition was not working… Breakfast is also very bad! In the morning I had to change the room, which a a bit better...
