Liked: We loved the view, the facilities and the room. The room and bathroom were so much bigger compared to most other hotels in Europe. The staff were amazing and super accomodating too, thank you all so much! Great location too.

Liked: Location for exploring Paris was excellent, the air conditioning in the room was very good and the room size was also good
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing, the choice was minuscule especially when it came down to "hot food" there were only two options to choose from scramble eggs and sausages but thumbs up for providing a selection of fresh fruit

Disliked: This was by far the most distressing hotel experience I’ve ever had. I discovered what I believe to be bed bugs in my room during my stay from 21st to 24th July. I have clear photo and video evidence of insects on the bed and bite marks on my body. When I raised this with the hotel, they failed to take appropriate action, no room change was offered, no professional pest inspection was conducted, and I was left to deal with the situation entirely on my own.I have since spent considerable time and effort decontaminating my belongings at home, including quarantining clothes and luggage. The hotel’s response has been dismissive and they’ve stopped replying altogether.For a property claiming to offer a premium experience, this was deeply disappointing, unsanitary, and unacceptable. I strongly urge Booking.com to investigate and others to avoid this hotel until proper hygiene and pest control measures are confirmed.

Good location, bad rooms.

Liked: The location was great! Very easy to get around.
Disliked: The photos were highly misleading - while the lobby appeared impressive, the rooms themselves were disappointingly small and far less appealing than the images portrayed. We also experienced a full day without hot water and despite raising the issue, the staff was unable to resolve it. The rooms were dusty, and one of our power outlets were non-functional. In short, the accommodation would only suit someone who plans to spend minimal time in the room. Wouldn’t recommend.
