Liked: proximity to points of interest, quiet room and nice outdoor seating area in the bar
Disliked: appliances were not properly maintained, e.g. bathtub and fridge not working properly, unpleasant smell in the room. AC controls were not provided despite the room being advertised as with AC. No coffee / tea /tea kettle or any other forms of refreshments provided. Only 2 pieces of candy and tap water in an old bottle. Random old antique figurines put in the entry area of the room, as if to invite breaking them when walking past with luggage. What I found most irritating and an absolute no-go for any hotel is to not put sealed hygiene products. The body lotions, soaps and shampoo that were provided have been opened before and some even used (broken seals, residue on the tube etc).
