Disliked: The lack of a gym, but this is understandable given the building type.

Liked: The location was incredibly convenient in central London. The hotel rooms were chic, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the quality of the food at the restaurant when I dined there for dinner, not to mention the elegant decor. The lounge downstairs had a wonderful vibe and drinks as well. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help!
Disliked: I liked everything but would have preferred some healthier options on the breakfast menu and among the minibar snacks.

VERY CHIC AND PLEASANT!

Liked: If you have been to Hotel Costes in Paris then expect the same wonderful attention to detail in the design. It is ideally located and close to everything. The staff were all hospitable and very welcoming. The rooms are minuscule but comfortable. The food is literally a carbon copy of the Hotel Costes menu. I think breakfast could be a bit better in terms of variety.
Disliked: I think that if you are paying a premium rate for a property there should be small little attention to detail, perhaps welcoming coffee and or hot chocolate on arrival - little seasonal snacks etc
