Comfortable, centrally located hotel

Liked: Really comfortable bed and good choice of breakfast food. The location is within 15 mins of the station, boat trips and Gamla Stan.
Disliked: There is a slight thud, thud from the neighbouring bar but it didn't go on all night and didn't keep me awake. I was in a room at the back 1004.

Disliked: Noise from neighbouring rooftop bar (also run by the hotel) caused by excessive bass in music - until 1am meant we were unable to sleep in our room on 13th floor of the hotel. We were given an alternative room on a lower floor at the other end of the hotel - this solved the noise issue but the room was very dark and it was inconvenient having to pack up to move rooms.Rooms and corridors very dark.Water leaked around the shower.

Disliked: as a wheelchair user there is a very small Woden step in the entrance to the bathroom, easy with a wheelchair but not easy with a sower wheelchair to get inside.even though I managed, the bed is too high for a wheelchair user

Great hotel, sadly a not...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The restaurant was booked out on the first night, so we could not eat there only the downstairs bar. Also I was given an 8th floor room with twin beds. As a solo traveller this is both annoying and inconvenient. Also there was a buzzing noise in the room all night - which made for poor sleep. When we ate in the restaurant on Tuesday 3rd June - there was a big party in the other side of the restaurant. The sommelier and other service stag struggled to get our sides out before we’d already eaten our mains. What had been a highlight of our trip usually turned into a not so great experience. The mains had been consumed and the staff put in a difficult position. They did try their best but it was impossible to service the main restaurant and manage the 20-30 people having the private dinner.

Great location

Liked: It’s a nice hotel in the Centre if Stockholm. Clean room and good customer service.
Disliked: The noise from the rooftop near the hotel, you can hardly rest with that noise.
