Great curb appeal; friendly and attentive staff; excellent value for the $, and close to I-10.

Liked: Quick check-in and nice sized room.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved, yet the offerings won't leave you hungry.

Liked: Very "homey" feel. The name speaks for itself, you will feel at home.
Disliked: The floors were not so clean. My daughter walked from the bed to the bathroom and her soles became very dirty. So we just wore slippers! We still loved our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was prepackaged but was expired. It was close to the beach. Only like 20-30 minutes.
Disliked: I walked in and waited 10 minutes for the person to notice that I was standing at the counter. Got our room key and had to put the air unit back together (the cover was hanging off). The place looked like they only changed the bed linen. Dirt and food crumbs on the floor. My wife found a toe nail. When we turned off the lights, we found roaches. Will not be returning

Liked: They had a small fridge and a big fridge in our room.
Disliked: The frame of the bed was bigger than the mattress so we would hit out legs.

A unpleasant amount of time...

Liked: The staff are very welcoming.
Disliked: I was charged $400 in deposit fees and it took several phone calls to my bank, emails to the owner, and phone calls to the front desk staff.

Description of our stay.

Liked: This was an amazing stay. The place was actually very clean, you can tell that it was recently updated. We really enjoyed it my family and I will book again.
Disliked: We hope they will update the breakfast from grab and go to a hot serve breakfast. Otherwise this place was very good. At the very end a house keeping lady was very rude and told me that they didn't have a 12 pm check out on Sundays she acted as if I had to be out of the room right then at 11:17 am even after I said we were here till 12 , I went and confirmed it with the front desk at the time and she did say I was down for 12 . That was my only problem.
