Great curb appeal; friendly and attentive staff; excellent value for the $, and close to I-10.

Liked: Quick check-in and nice sized room.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved, yet the offerings won't leave you hungry.

Disliked: Coffe maker broken, hair dryer broken, outlets loose, very basic

Disliked: The floors made my feet a little dirty. The lady working the counter did not explain I could have changed my method of payment and use a different card without the app.

Poor

Liked: It's off I-10.
Disliked: We checked into a room that was only semi-clean around 10:30pm. Once in the room, someone's car alarm kept going off every 20 minutes. After 4 times of this and waking up to each alarm, around 1am we called the front desk who asked if we would like to change rooms, which we agreed to, so we packed up and headed to the lobby. Front desk personnel gave me a room key that didn't work, so I walked back up to the lobby, while my family (wife, kid, and dog) waited outside the room, and got a second key. That key didn't work either, so I head back to the front desk and they give me yet another room. This room was an "updated" one, but was also only semi-clean. Thankfully, that key worked and we were able to get some sleep. Key takeaway: Read Google or other travel site reviews before booking a room. This is not a family-friendly place to stay.
