Exceptionally kind

Liked: Exceptionally kind and very professional staff eager to help in every way possible. One of us needed to store their medicine and the hosts were kind to put it in their fridge since there was none in the room. Also, they helped us store luggage in their luggage room since we had a train in the evening. The room was nice and clean.

Coupd have been better

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty and the room i was sharing with was not good. The other occupant of the room was very loud all throughout the night. This occupant was living for long in the hostel and kept the room and bathroom very dirty.

Lovely staff and decent value.

Liked: The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The facilities were comfortable and it was reasonably convenient (a couple of stops from the Hauptbahnhof). Overall, decent value.
Disliked: Splitting hairs, the lockers were faulty but that’s a minor gripe. The local area isn’t upmarket and there is a bit of dealing going on but I never felt unsafe.
