Poor

Disliked: I stayed on the top floor, with insufficient air conditioning, very hot. The area is full of noise.

No AC, no Towels not...

Liked: Hostel itself was ok clean and in a ok Location.
Disliked: I booked a room for me and my family however i have a 2 year old and didn’t booked a place for her since she sleeps with me and my wife, when i arrived in the hotel the staff tried to charge me an extra bed that i didn’t request and i would not use. I saw the room and i thought it was ok for me and my kids and i didn’t need anything other, however the staff wanted to make me pay for one more bad in some other shared room that i would not use. Also when i asked for the parking since i needed a parking the hotel staff replied me after several hours and i had already been on the road to the hotel and was informed that they don’t have space in the garage, is good that there was plenty of parking spots near the hotel. Another thing was that the room didn’t have a towels and no Ac it was very hot and not having a towel was not good. I will never come back again.

I would happily stay here...

Best Cheap Hostel in Vienna

Liked: Big rooms, big windows with a lot of natural light, big and modern bathroom, comfy beds and a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Disliked: Not the most spacious lockers.

Great location, very friendly staff!

Liked: Great place for a short visit! Great location! I booked a bed in a women's bedroom. The room has enough space for 4 people, the shower and the sheets were clean. Lots of thanks to Ibrahim for helping me with the suitcases and being so helpful and kind!
Disliked: They didn't provide me with a towel. This is the only drawback.

Very good

Liked: Location is ok, kinda far from city center but close enough to metro and tram stop. Staff are nice, bathroom is inside the room and it was cleaned every day, beds are comfortable.
Disliked: It was very hot outside and hostel doesn't have air conditioning not only in rooms but even in a hall, so it was very hot everywhere inside and hard to sleep. In better weather probably not a problem.
