Typical
Liked: Very nice location right near the beach, very easy drive to Cape May, and the property was fairly clean
Disliked: The staff didn't seem happy at the front desk. Even though there were plenty of beds for our entire family, they did not provide linens or pillows for all of them, so we ended up using beach towels as blankets, as we tried to reach the staff on the after hours line and nobody responded.

Great location and very clean.
Liked: The motel was a little outdated but was well-equipped, clean, and in a great location. The pool was a great feature.
