Liked: Very clean, very proper, well kept. the staff spoke English and was very friendly and forthcoming. The hotel is situated centrally in Caen.
Disliked: The hotel has no breakfast room, breakfast is served in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was lovely and situated in a central location. The owner was really helpful and organised the storage of my cycle into locked storage at the rear of the hotel. Caen is a great city and I'll be back to explore with my family.

Liked: Budget hotel - comfortable and very central location, friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic continental breakfast delivered to our room. Very good value.
Disliked: There is no lift. Parking is not guaranteed being so central but we did manage to find a space nearby.

Liked: Friendly and helpful proprietor provided recommendations for dinner and breakfast. Quiet yet central location. Good place to stay and easy to find. Very clean rooms.Secure bike storage in a locked shed at back of hotel.Pleasant background music in foyer.
Disliked: Small bedroom and bathroom.
