Liked: Proximity to city center.
Disliked: Noisy cleaning and maintenance staff at 2 AM!! Check in is a hassle after 6PM. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Convenient hotel with good breakfast.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Convenient to the train station and rooms are clean. I got probably the best price one can get in Florence in high season.
Disliked: The room is small with a less than charming view of the courtyard—at least that makes it more quiet. Rather stiff new mattresses and foam pillows. There should be at least a thin duvet even in summer—I had to get it out of the closet and there was no cover for it.The window treatments make no sense—the sheers and the blackout panels on the same rod (which projects far into the room, taking up precious space and allowing light in) so you can’t easily close them for darkness and privacy. The brass rods came out of the luggage stand, which needs repairing. The breakfast room serves 2 hotels and it isn’t big enough. It gets extremely busy.
