Liked: Staff were lovely and it is perfect location with extremely comfortable beds.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Nice old hotel with character. Loved the creaky staircase and tall windows and ceilings.Nice and quiet, located just off the ku'damm.Little cafes, bars and restaurants closed by.

Central

Liked: The place is ok for a night or 2. They don't serve breakfast but they have a coffee vending machine .Great location close to the train station, restaurants and supermarkets
Disliked: For a big hotel like that with a big breakfast place, they should atleast serve breakfast.

Good room in a nice...

Liked: Location - in Charlottenburg, a pretty Berlin locality, and close to an S-Bahn (public transit) station. Sufficient room size. Ensuite bathroom (with shower). Strong WiFi. Nice view from the window. A TV set.
Disliked: Sound insulation poor - occasionally, loud conversations occur and carry through walls. Lack of an elevator - a problem for people with walking difficulties (the storeys are high).

Great family-friendly hotel!

Liked: This hotel has a perfect location to walk to restaurants, cafés and upscale shopping. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Check in and check out were both quick and easy.
Disliked: The breakfast restaurant was not open during our stay, but with the proximity to several cafés, this was not an issue.

Liked: Want to complement Ena and a male staff who helped me w my luggage and check out on 10 Jun noon time. Thank you both for your helpfulness. Clean hotel, excellent location.

I wanted a coffee soon...

Liked: Excellent - clearness, location, staff.etc
Disliked: No Kettle in the room !! I had to go darnstars where quite far, and ‘pay’ for making a coffee by machine. Very annoying.

Pleasant

Worthwhile place to stay if...

Liked: Location to the city was good, room size was very large.
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor, there is No lift access, and the hotel is an old building with high ceilings, so many stairs between floors.There is limited car parking close to the hotel, paid street parking until 10pm each day, 24hr parking 500m away at Lidl shop for 20 Euro's per day.
