Overall a great place, good...

Liked: Excellent location - walkable to BuckinghaM palace, train station, bus station and all amenities
Disliked: Very small room - no space for luggage. Small double bed.

Very hot, told no knives...

Disliked: Aircon didn’t work! Went to breakfast and asked for a knife and was told there aren’t any!!!!

A clean and tidy hotel...

Liked: The location of the hotel is fantastic, within easy reach of Victoria Station and with lots of cafes etc nearby. The continental breakfast was simple, but it had everything we needed, including delicious croissants. The staff were friendly and happy to help with any queries we had. The room was clean, tidy and generally comfortable.
Disliked: We visited during a heatwave and our room was extremely hot. The air conditioning / fan didn't have much of an effect and unfortunately the room didn't have a window that we could open as it was situated on the ground floor, with only a door leading to a small outdoor area (which we didn't feel comfortable leaving open at night).

Liked: Staff were terrific -- helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served in a sunlit room in the back -- staff were attentive.
