Liked: Good location near transport links. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Everything we needed in room & topped up each day. Staff friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Room was small but it is London. On top floor with no lift would be difficult for some people but ok for us.

A great place to stay...

Liked: Extras in the room like water and biscuits were appreciated. Helpful staff - luggage stored until room ready and assistance taking it upstairs. Very convenient location near Victoria coach station and restaurants, pub, shops nearby.
Disliked: Extractor fan in bathroom could have been stronger for shower steam. Air conditioner seemed to struggle but certainly assisted in hot weather.

Good Location, Poor Customer Service

Liked: The location was great and convenient for us as we had to work in our company office near Victoria Station. The area had restaurants and cafes near by, which was handy. The breakfast was also nice at the hotel. If it was cold outside, the rooms would be ok.
Disliked: It was SO HOT in our room despite saying the room came with air conditioning when I booked. There is a machine on the wall but it did not work at all while we were there. I read that another customer had the same issue and spoke to the staff about it, then it appears they removed the amenity of “air conditioning“ from their booking.com list - AFTER I BOOKED. When I went to ask if there was anything that can be done because it was almost lethal hot in the room and we could not sleep and the windows barely opened, I got a rude response from the female desk attendant. “There is nothing we can do. It says we don’t have air conditioning!” The room we had was so tiny, my husband barely fit in the bathroom or shower. We didn’t sleep and sweat the whole time inside. For the price, it was not great value at all.
