Liked: Having a suite was great as it was spacious, and after travelling for a while, having space was fantastic.The view from the loungers' windows was amazing. We could watch the ships go up and down the river, watch the tides go in and out, and even see wildlife.Housekeeping every few days without having to ask for it was a bonus.The location was good for us as we had a car.Having a kitchenette was handy as we cooked a few times. However, it was frustrating, noting the lack of cooking utensils, sharp knives, bowls, etc..
Disliked: Wifi was almost nonexistent. Constantly cutting out when it did connect. There was a number we could call to get help with it, but we are from overseas and didn't have roaming on our phones to call the number to see if they could help. It was disappointing that there wasn't a laundry on site for guests.Our toilet lid had instructions on it as it didn't flush properly if the handle wasn't maintained in an up position. Even then, it still only flushed properly part of the time.The screeching noise from our shower and toilet and the ones in the rooms around us was horrendous, and it did disturb us late at night and early in the morning.

Liked: The room was beautiful! The bed comfortable, nice big tv. Everything was clean. You could see ships passing by on the water
Disliked: Location seemed to be in a bit of a sketchy area. The outside isn’t much to look at but the room was beautiful

Disliked: Check in at 4:00 is kinda inconvenient
