Terrible stay. Never book a...

Liked: The receptionist was hot.
Disliked: The staff were just doing there job in a way that the don’t like their job. No greeting, no magic words ( Thanks, Please etc.. )What made me hate this stay is that the bath was broken. I couldn’t take a bath leaving for a important meeting. What I even hated more is that when I said to staff that the bath is broken, instead of saying sorry, the said thanks for getting us know.

Liked: Good, convenient location - close to train station, zoo and short walk to "The centre". Staff were friendly and nice. Bed was quite comfortable, room spacious with adequate storage options.
Disliked: The cleaning wasn't fully thorough with dirty coffee cups and uncleaned coffee machine initially. The breakfast had a limited amount of choices compared to other hotel breakfasts - adequate, but possibly not worth the amount paid. The rooms climate system didn't seem to work, with no notable difference between turning the temperature fully up or down, fan on or off. During colder periods, it was nice and warm - however, if travelling during summer, the room really did not feel cool at all - coupled with a carpeted floor, I anticipate it would be somewhat uncomfortable.
