Liked: Location and staff friendliness!
Disliked: Cleanness, room temperature, smell, pillows were yellow, bathtub tap broken, moldy, spots all over the floor...

Good facility, unaware staff

Liked: Everything was fine and smooth
Disliked: The heater was not working. I went to the receptionat night to ask how does it work, but the receptionist said he was working as a replacement for a “friend” and he does not know and can not help. This is unacceptable and it was freezing.

Liked: the parking garage. isn't it ironic?
Disliked: The room was old and badly maintained. (The walls were not recently painted and had many stains. The doors were so old that the wooden bottom side was cracking.) The temperature outside was cold, and the only available thing was a small electric oil radiator. There were no warm bedsheets, just a grumpy blanket from the last century (Unacceptable). The pillows were uncomfortable as well.The water pressure was so bad and low that you could barely have a decent shower. I've never seen so low water pressure in my life

Liked: Varied breakfast adapted to various tastes.The room was spacious with a beautiful terrace!Close to the main train station, but a little further from the main tourist attractions.
Disliked: Rubens' house is still being renovated!! It is incredible that there is nothing in the city like the memory that the Olympic Games were held here in 1920!! Absolutely nothing!!
