Pleasant

Liked: Very clean rooms.
Disliked: Although according to booking all taxes are included, they asked for an extra tax of 5.80€ per person per night. We had to paid extra around 100€ for 4 nights for 4 people.

Liked: Very large room and very comfy bed!
Disliked: Bit of a trek from the city, but well served by various bus routes right outside.

Aging hotel

Liked: Aging hotel with very limited parking spaces.

It was just ok for...

Liked: The location is very convenient as it it is 10 min walk from the train station. And the bus stop is only 100 m from the hotel. Breakfast is basic, but enough to start the day and all was fresh.
Disliked: We had a room with the windows into the internal court, actually facing another windows. So we could not keep the window open as you could see everything from the room across. All furniture in the room is very old that give you not a pleasant impression. The second room our friend had had a mold on the wall. For the money we payed and for 3 stars our expectations were a little bit higher.

Liked: The hotel is close to the Bologna centrale
Disliked: First of all, they asked us for the city tax, wich was included on booking.The sheet was broken...the furniture is old, not an 100€/night hotel.
