Liked: Very cheap hotel very close and useful to visit Torino Lingotto exibithion center, about 10/15 minutes on foot. Quiet outskirts. 10/15 walking from Lingotto train station.

A pleasant stay in a...

Liked: Small family run(?) hotel about 20 mins by bus from the centre, in a very strategic position. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful with any questions or requests we had. The room and bathroom were reasonably sized and equipped with fridge and flat screen TV. We were lucky enough to have a huge, furnished balcony overlooking the gardens. The bed was pretty firm yet comfortable. Breakfast was good, a very small but well-stocked area with both sweet and savoury options available as well as a gluten free range. Outside there are several bars, pizzerias and other independent shops, a train station about 1km away and bus stops 250 m away. Very near the FIAT factory (now a huge shopping complex) and the 2006 Olympic centre.
Disliked: Nothing not to like...the only thing I would say was missing were electrical sockets in the room, considering most were taken up by existing items and considering the fact that we have phones, PCs etc to charge. Breakfast time was quite busy and very often it was difficult to find a seat.
