Disliked: Space was too cramped, no table/chairs in the room, no dishes/cutlery/microwave, bathroom was way too old and no mirror or lock in the bathroom

Tiny dingy room!

Liked: Bed was ok, room quite clean but not much more. Very disappointing and photos on internet deceiving
Disliked: We asked for a ground floor room but didn't get it, because my husband has trouble walking up stairs and long distances, then we had to park around the back because our parking spot was taken! Very inconvenient, so I had to do 2 trips up and down the stairs with heavy bags! We were supposed to stay there again on our return trip but we cancelled and booked somewhere else! The room was old small and the bathroom was tiny with no basin, we had to brush our teeth, do hair/make-up at the kitchen sink!

Comfortable enough for overnight stay...

Liked: Great location, comfortable for an overnight stay. Nice refurb retro hotel/motel. Facilities at hotel were convenient and offered great choices. Checking in and out was straightforward.
Disliked: Requested a ground floor room (due to knee op) received message from hotel confirming they could accommodate. Unfortunately, this was not the case on arrival - we were given a second floor room. The room was right at the end next to the bright lights of their hotel sign, which shone through the window all night.

It was perfect.

Liked: The location was close to the train station, the staff are very nice people and really helpful too.The rooms were very comfortable, the dinner and drinks I ordered was just wow. :-)I’m definitely returning there soon as often as I can lol.

Food was good in restaurant.

Liked: It was quiet when inside room.
Disliked: Lights didn’t work above twin beds. Maybe a working fan in bathroom would be good.
