Liked: Heidi and Ronald at the front desk were outstanding professional and personable employees. They were two of the most helpful people we met throughout our visit.
Disliked: Staying in two different locations on our trip aloud us to experience the city from two different perspectives, and we enjoyed both.

Liked: Staff very friendly,professional, knowledgeable about the area and things to do.Naomi and reception staff all lovely.Housekeepers do a great job also. Couldn’t fault anything.Position central to everything.

Disliked: It’s very dated, needs a good clean and there’s very limited parking.

Liked: location was amazing, views are amazing, staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: rooms are a little small but you aren't in your room a lot

Liked: Great location. Easy and quick access to beach. Lots of restaurants walking distance.
Disliked: The AC unit leaked a bit of water which splashed on us everytime we stepped out into the balcony. Other than that small detail, all was great.

Liked: We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, it’s a great location if you like to watch ocean in hotel balcony, since you open door, you can see blue ocean.
Disliked: Room is small, it’s confined though, I prefer to have more space

Liked: Position in front of waikiki. Personal has been very nice. Room clean.
Disliked: It should be renovate (very 70’s style). Also including a breakfast in the proposal and creating a gym.
