Liked: Had a vacancy.
Disliked: Smells; no extra pillows or blankets; TV only worked on 1 channel and half the time had no volume; staff ditsy.

Excellent, we would stay here...
Liked: We arrived on Thanksgiving afternoon and The Asteria staff was very accommadating and friendly. We needed a handicapped room and we were so appreciate their effort to make this happen as my son is a paraplegic. The large TV on the wall was an unexpected feature and so nice as he needs to stretch out often.

Clean and beds were comfortable.
Liked: It was just a few miles from downtown and taxi's were there quickly, small room but for one night with 4 people it was great for the price. Clean and beds were comfortable.

Less than satisfactory but cheaper...
Liked: The room was clean and close to outside door.
Disliked: The room took over three hours to warm up with the thermostat turned to 78 degrees. Tub took over eight hours to drain??? There was only about five inches of water in the tub. Handle came off tub fixture. Candy machine had only a half dozen individual selections. The chocolate ones had been melted and tasted stale. The clerk opened the machine with a key and charged me $1.00 per candy. I did not realize the melting and staleness until opening the bars. I should have taken them back but didn't. The complementary breakfast amounted to toasted items and instant oatmeal and tasteless coffee.
