Liked: Amazing amenities as well as an amazing location about a 15min straight walk to the cbd as well as good restaurants around, the photos that you see online show exactly what you will be staying in
Disliked: The hot tub could of been hotter lol

Liked: Excellent customer service. Location perfect close to Sky Express depot, easy access to trams, nice walk to Queen Victoria Market. Close supermarkets and restaurants. 100% stay again...

Liked: Location of the apartment was great. We walked to many places and it was also near to tram/train stations. The apartment was cleaned once, as we stayed for more than 5 nights. There were also many lifts that could accommodate the many residents.
Disliked: Except for one lady (in glasses), the rest of the staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. The check-out process on 22 August 2025 at 10am was frankly unacceptable. Despite standing at the counter while my taxi was already waiting, the receptionist completely ignored me. All I wanted was to confirm if I could leave my room cards and go, yet I was given no attention, no acknowledgment, and no guidance.There was also no express check-out option or drop box provided, something that should be standard in any well-managed property. To make matters worse, another guest who only wanted pool towels was left frustrated as well, because the receptionist refused to assist anyone outside the queue. The rigid and dismissive attitude created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for multiple guests.This lack of basic courtesy and flexibility ruined the final impression of our stay. Sadly, the departure experience was so unpleasant that it overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable visit. Aspire Melbourne needs to seriously improve its service standards.

Liked: There are various equipments in the room. As we didn't use pool and gym. We could make ourselves at home.
Disliked: As we stayed for 2 weeks, If there is a vacuum cleaner in the room, we could clean our room by ourselves. Thanks for changing towels every 3 days.
