Liked: When I arrived to the apartment out of serviced time, I was informed to call the given number. It was not ringing as it was cut. Luckily the staff at night was attended and he let me in. He was very flexible due to the credit card did not work. So he did accept cash instead and I was promptly given the cash back and did the credit card transaction the following day. Now I am waiting for the refund through the credit card. Let see!

Liked: Very clean and pool and spa area very nice
Disliked: Bed was so hard and stayed 3 nights and the room was not serviced so ran out of shampoo and tea and coffee etc. Pool towels would be better at the pool area rather than having to chase them downstairs.

Disliked: Washing machine wasn’t installed properly. It jumped so bad that it was not possible to use. Talked to the reception but no one came to attend to the problem
