Disliked: It was dirty, small and very smelly. The pictures on booking .com were not what the motel was like. Photos were decieving.

Disgusting

Liked: On entry the room smelt like wet dog and had visible signs of mold on the walls.
Disliked: That we were told we would get a full refund of room, early access and no cancellation fee. We are still short the early access charge.

Liked: Sorry, but didnt like anything
Disliked: After a long trip, no milk, tea or sugar in the room. The air con took me ages to work out how to get it off hot. I had no problem with the room not being serviced, but would have appreciated them checking the milk etc,and emptying the garbage - as I was there for three nights

Disliked: Bed, pillows, floor carpet smells in the room and outside.
