Ideal location and friendly run...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful! Lovely breakfast and convenient to walk to Cathedral and Town Centre!

Liked: It was so niceley decorated, it was very well situated within the city.
Disliked: The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, flat and old. Some of the staff was very rude which is a pity because some of them were lovely.

Superb hotel experience.

Liked: The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. I asked if I could check into my room prior to 15:00 to take a call and was permitted to do so without incurring any further charges.The quality of the food is outstanding and rooms are beautifully appointed.
Disliked: There's nothing I don't like about this hotel. The location is great, the service is excellent and the standards are high. The car park is a little narrow but it's so close to the train station a car is surplus really.

Disliked: Having to pay for parking. It was private property and we had to pay £20 for 2 nights. The pillows weren't very comfy eitherThe hotel was pay at location but my card had already been charged when we had arrived. We had wanted to pay with cash so didn’t appreciate that
