Our stay was comfortable, clean,...
Liked: Great location, comfy bed, clean room, good facilities, although there was only one coffee/tea mug supplied in the room (that's our only comment!!). Have stayed here twice when visiting the area and will stay again if we're ever back in Guildford. Highly recommend given how close it is to the station and town centre, how friendly and helpful the staff are, and how comfortable the rooms are. We didn't have breakfast on this occasion, but have had breakfast before and it was very good. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and making us feel so welcome!
Disliked: Two mugs would have been nice so that we can both have tea/coffee, there was only one in the room. The road outside was fairly loud but all was fine once we shut the window during the night. No shower gel was provided, just soap, shampoo, and conditioner - glad we brought our own shower gel! Might be a nice touch to provide some.

Liked: Very clean comfortable hotel, ideally located for the train station and my meeting. It?s very business-oriented though so doesn?t feel like a traditional hotel.

Liked: Cama muito confortavel.
Disliked: Looked like a labirint to get into the room.

Liked: Very clean and large room we stayed in the Cathedral room which gave us a larger bed, small desk for bits and bobs as well as two chairs. Large shower was also great

Easy going, basic, clean.
Liked: Basic facilities but looked to be good quality. Comfy bed.
Disliked: The blinds hardly blocked out the morning sunlight. Also the bedroom/suite doors are very loud when they close. You could hear everyone leaving their room in the morning. Surely it can't be beyond the realms of possibility to stick some foam around the edge of the door frame to stop it banging every time.
