Liked: Great location
Disliked: Rooms were not clean, floor was a bit dirty apart from that bed’s & washrooms were tidy.

Excellent view of Mt. Vimy

Liked: Front desk staff walked us outside to pick our room. View of the Mount Vimy was amazing.
Disliked: Running toilet in our toilet kept me up all night. Place was dated.

Tired hotel with basic facilities,...

Liked: Central location and friendly staff. Once room changed no issues.
Disliked: Had to change room as bed didn’t look as though it had been changed, hairs, ominous marks and black bits all over sheets

Liked: Great central location. Updated and clean bathroom.
Disliked: The floors were clean but under the beds was very dusty. From the arm chairs opposite the bed you have a very clear view under the beds and could easily see all the dust.

Basic but clean

Liked: Very clean, and breakfast was nice. Staff was very nice as well.
Disliked: We rented this particular hotel because it stated it had a pool and hot tub. Not only were these under construction and unavailable, but they aren't actually located on the hotel site. Very dissapointed.
