Convenient access to St. Mary’s...

Liked: Breakfast was good, but disappointed that there was no waffle option.
Disliked: Underground parking was tight

"ortunately"

Liked: It was near the hospital
Disliked: For a "fully accessible room" it was NOT. The door to the room could not be opened by someone in a wheelchair. And though I specified when I made the reservation that we needed an accessible shower (and I was assured that we would have one), we had only a deep bathtub, which my partner could not get into or out of.

Very nice, clean hotel with...

Liked: Location was great for getting to the Civic Center and super easy to travel to other area of town. The interior of the hotel was clean and inviting. Our room was clean and spacious. It’s a great hotel for those needing extended stay, those who are ill or have disabilities and require equipment.
Disliked: The parking was a bit confusing and the underground space was difficult to maneuver in if you needed to turn around.
