KFC next door and clean...
Liked: Value for money - No TV etc and no 5 star but for a cheap motel and going to watch the All Blacks it was comfortable and $14 under to game
Disliked: Staff were friendly - right next to KFC

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: It was advertised as having tv’s, there was none. We also stayed as a couple and there was only 1 chair

Liked: They allow cats which we needed as went to cat show, handy location
Disliked: Service was terrible, no one at reception, no spare pillows, no extra blankets, no cleaning stuff, the outside is over grown with weeds and rubbish, gutters and down pipes leaking, paint peeling..

Disappointing
Liked: They allow cats to stay as we were there for a cat show. Was clean.
Disliked: Office shut and had to ring to get key. No extra pillows, no brush and shovel

Do not stay here.

Disliked: everything no hot water cupboard hanging off under the sink internet access limited heaters not working properly. says telephone but no phone says garden view but no garden view says radio but no radio. customer service was basically zero..reception was always locked..would not recommend. $520 for 2 nights a total rip off.

Liked: Room was warm and comfortable.
Disliked: Complex is extremely dated and really needs some TLC. Certainly wouldn't make this my first choice motel but is fills a need when nothing else is available.

I would never recommend this...
Liked: Nothing, very run down, couch chair was filthy, your wouldn’t let your cat sit on it. The damp smell was horrible and strong. The rooms amd the whole unit was cold, there were no heaters.
Disliked: The manager on duty on the night of the 6 June 2025, I think her name is Grace was rude and unprofessional. The place is very run down, cold smelly, the fridge was dirty.
