Liked: A lovely stay, a beautiful building with a lovely spacious room. All staff were very warm & friendly. Would recommend anyone to stay here who is visiting Paisley.

Pleasant stay, but not up...

Liked: Very friendly team, pleasant clean room, and a mostly peaceful and quiet stay.
Disliked: Not up to 4* standard- threadbare, frayed towels- some lightbulbs not working- raised, loose screws on bathroom cabinet- loud slamming front door from early in the morning - poor WiFi signal - limited toiletries providedI appreciate this is an historic property, but it would benefit from some serious TLC as quite faded and dated throughout, e.g. old single pane wooden framed window frames, peeling paint etc.

Liked: The staff was excellent. They treated us like we were the most important person they were serving. This would be a great place for a quiet romantic stay. It is a charming place.

Liked: Lovely old house turned into a hotel. Very friendly and helpful management and staff. Comfortable bed, good breakfast
