Disappointed

Disliked: The biggest problem with our stay, to summon it up in a few words, was not to have an option to eat or drink, that is 100% unacceptable. Off-season or not, how can you not have someplace for us to go and eat until after 5:00, not even a snack store open! And by the way, we’re foodies, we are used to spending $500 and even over $1000 on a meal for two, but we did not come to the beach to have the only option, when you did finally open at five, of around $200 for two of us to sit down and eat, that is not what we came here for. We don’t mind doing that once while we are here, your new restaurant is very nice, we would probably even look forward to doing that once, but how in the world can you not have a place to just sit and relax and enjoy a casual meal or snack. We have come to this place for close to 30 years, The changes here with regards to your entertainment and food, which is why we used to always come here, are far from what we’re used to. We have already looked into other places to stay in the future, unfortunately, we will not be back here. Your hotel rooms and upgrades are fine, there’s no problem with that. The problem is what you’ve done to the culture of this place. No buffet, no entertainment, not even a place to get a bottle of water.

My stay was great other...

Liked: I liked the view. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: The bed wasn't really comfortable. Looked underneath and there are not enough slates to hold up the bed. The pillows were toooooo soft. Mine as well not have pillows on the bed.

Everything was clean, staff friendly...

Liked: Everything! If you want to sit on the balcony choose another place because only one person can stand out there. Not big enough for a chair but the view is great.

Liked: Went to the bar on Thurs. 4/17,can’t remember the name, but itOpens at 5:00pm on floor T. That was really nice and absolutely loved our female bartender.
Disliked: So, my daughter and I left around 10:30 to go out for the day. We stopped at the front desk. I asked the girl if she could ask some one to put clean towels in our room. We got back to our room around 3 o’clock and there was no fresh towels called the desk and the linewas busy forever so I finally walked down there. No one was on the phone. Someone gave me towels behind the desk and I had to get them up to my room. Very disappointed. I asked for one simple thing and no one did anything. Also wish that there were plastic or paper cups instead of just glasses.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was great. The location was good. The food was also good. (The pancakes are great)
Disliked: The facility is looking a little tired. Needs cleaned up outside, and the place needs a paint job and some fixing.
