Great location, but expensive room...

Liked: Perfect location for Kilmainham to see Iggy Pop. Good tram link to Temple Bar and other sites and opposite Guinness brewery. Comfy bed, very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast buffet. Nice fluffy towels. Taxi rank outside so convenient for airport transfer etc.
Disliked: A little over priced for room only. Our room had no view! Strange having plastic cups and paper cups and wooden stirrers for hot drinks in room - would expect glasses and crockery/spoons! Water bottles would be nice in room but we used the water fountains in hallway. Fresh juice at breakfast wasn’t nice. Pillows a bit hard.

Disliked: The Restaurant that is in the web site is not open so limited range of food on offer. However there was a party of 6 of us and we're satisfied with the food that was ordered

Liked: Location was perfect short distance away from Dublin zoo and that’s where I had booked to go with my 2 autistic children, Ashling hotel went above and beyond for me and my family couldn’t recommend it enough the sensory guestroom was a big hit with my 2 they absolutely loved it, cleanliness of the room and hotel was to a high standard breakfast buffet was incredible
