Liked: Thought it was reasonably priced
Disliked: We got a message on the journey to the hotel to say that although paid for breakfast wouldnt be served on either day, and we would get a refund. On the website parking says £7.50 per night we were charged £10 per night, cash only, we are still waiting for our refund of £30 which is the price the reception told us we would get for no breakfasts, we have msgd the hotel and had very little response, and no refund, the room was tidy, curtains were hanging off the rail, the shower was bent and basically through water to the side, we tried to straighten it but to no avail, overall we are not satisfied with the outcome.

Liked: I had to upgrade to a downstairs disabled room as the lift was not working but I had a wet room which was great
Disliked: Shame the lift wasn't working, had to pay more as extra for a room downstairs,

Really good value for money

Liked: The room was really nice for the price & the staff were pleasant. Plenty to do around the hotel & I’d definitely stay again.
Disliked: WiFi on the Tv so you can log into your own Netflix account

Disliked: The place upstairs and bedrooms really smelt like cigarettes , our room smelt damp and the in the shower on the tiles were mold

Liked: Decent for what you pay, close to Blackpool resort and town centre
Disliked: Toilet wasn't clean, surfaces had dust on them, window cleaners didn't even check for open windows and sprayed water into our room. Staff was rarely at the desk and was told to just message them if we needed anything, which in my opinion is poor customer service. Wasn't serving any food in the hotel, but also wasn't allowed to bring hot food into the hotel, which isn't great for people with severe anxiety and can only eat comfortably in the comfort of their room. Housekeeping was here there and everywhere but never offered to clean rooms during your stay. Walls and ceilings/floors are very thin so all you can hear most of the time is people walking around, doors slam themselves closed which had actually woken me up a few times.
