Nice staff but the stay...

Liked: The staff were really friendly and nice.
Disliked: There was no hot water, so we had to get cold showers.The room was cold.The bed noisy.There was no kettle in the room.There was used sanitary products in the bin when we got there.The bathroom window didn't open.

Liked: Location made it easy to travel around Blackpool.
Disliked: Bathroom window didn't open. Other Window was difficult to open and close.

Very chilled out and accommodating

Liked: The room was nice and clean and it was set out nicely and the staff were friendly and accommodating and it had a nice chill atmosphere
Disliked: There was a shoe under the bed from what I’m assuming was a past resident. Was funny to find though
