Nice room but shocking service

Liked: The rooms were roomy. Good breakfast
Disliked: The toilet in my room was blocked for 3 days despite asking for it to be fixed, so not very enjoyable and staff couldn't seem to care less.£15 key deposit was taken and as to date has not been refunded. Overall management and staffing is poor. Nobody on reception for most of the time.

Liked: Friendly waitress, good breakfast, large carpark, everything in walking distance.
Disliked: Difficult to open a window.

Good hotel close to city...

Liked: The family room was a good size. Breakfast was good. The staff really friendly, especially the two ladies who served us breakfast. Safe car park, easy walk into the city centre.
Disliked: Family room only had a bath, no shower facilities. Plastic jug to help wash hair.

Overnight stay

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast
Disliked: Room was too hot and no fan provided, mattress too soft but that's just personal preference.
