Overall a pleasant stay.

Liked: Value for money, free parking and location. The lady at breakfast was great.
Disliked: Small en-suite.

Liked: It was accessible and with plenty of car parking slots , clean and the stuff was helpful and polite.
Disliked: The location was a little distance from the city centre .

Great staff, lovely dinning room...

Liked: A good size room with comfy bed.
Disliked: The property is slightly run down on the outside and in need of some renovation but there are signs to say that this is in the planning (such as windows)

Liked our room, liked spacious...

Liked: Very good breakfast...lots of choice, & great service. Comfortable rooms with little extras (fan, fan heater in wardrobe in case needed). Friendly helpful staff. Easy access to parking area & LOTS of spaces. Short walk to River Cam. Easy walk into town centre.
Disliked: No lift to high floor & many stairs.

Disliked: The bathroom was not cleaned property, there was old tea or coffee stains on the floor.
